This policy describes how Neo Integrations (“we”) handles information on this website, including the NeoIntegration audit form and staff tools.

Who we are

We operate this site as Neo Integrations. For privacy questions write to Info@neointegrations.com or call +91 87893 59477.

What we collect

• Audit form. Name, work email, company/website (optional), and the bottleneck description you type. A hidden honeypot field may be submitted by bots and is discarded.
• Staff accounts. Email, scrypt password hash, role (admin or manager), and session cookies for people who sign in at /staff/login.
• Theme preference. Light/dark choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), not as a cookie.
• Server logs. Standard request metadata (IP, user agent, time) may be recorded by the host for security and rate limiting.

We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To reply to audit requests and discuss a possible engagement.
• To notify our team by email (Info@neointegrations.com) and a phone alert (ntfy, and Telegram or WhatsApp if configured) when a form is submitted.
• To operate admin/manager access for our team.
• To protect the form against spam and abuse (rate limits, honeypot).

We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services actually in use

• Fonts. Fontshare (Satoshi) and Google Fonts (Inter, Geist Mono, IBM Plex on staff pages). Those providers may see your IP when fonts load.
• Email delivery. Audit requests are emailed to Info@neointegrations.com (Resend, SMTP, or FormSubmit).
• Phone alerts. Form details are pushed via ntfy. Optional Telegram or official WhatsApp (Cloud API / Twilio) if you add tokens.
• Hosting. Whatever host you deploy this Node server on (not GitHub Pages for staff auth).

The public “Client Login” dashboard is a product demo. It does not create a real customer account or send your demo password to a server.

Cookies

Staff sessions use an httpOnly cookie named neo_staff_sid (8-hour expiry, SameSite=Lax). The public marketing pages do not set that cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and staff audit logs are kept until we no longer need them to respond to you or run the business, then deleted or anonymised. Confirm a specific retention window (for example 24 months) before treating this clause as final.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Email Info@neointegrations.com. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR), we will honour valid requests.

Children

This site is for business customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
